The Swiss watch makers completely out did themselves with this 40mm wide mens watch, which is embedded with 20.14 carats of diamonds. Taking the meaning of luxury to the next level, this timepiece features 735 diamond stones encrusted on a 18k white gold 3 piece case set and 29 added jewels placed on the automatic caliber 25A tourbillon movement. With a watch like this you can practically wear nothing and no one will notice because they’ll all be focused on the diamonds shimmering on your wrist.
